“How is it possible that an educated person can be involved in astrology which is, in fact, a superstition?”

Motto: “…Oh man, know yourself and you will know the Universe and the Gods.”
Greek proverb

Apollo, god of light and the sun; truth and prophecy; healing, music, the arts; and god of reason.

That is the first sentence that the book titled Practical astrology by the Czech author Jan Kefer starts with. (Praktická astrologie, Trigon, 1993). Everyone should have their own opinion about astrology and similar sciences and disciplines. It is certainly neither superstition nor prejudice. As Liz Green says in her book Relating: An Astrological Guide to Living with Others on a Small Planet: “It was not a long time ago when we used to believe – and even with the approval of the science – that the Earth is flat and that it is supported in the Universe by the giant turtle” (S. W. Inc, York Beach, Maine, 1978).
